Return Policy (Karachi Customers Only – 3 Days)

We want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchange Policy

To exchange an item, simply return the original product first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for your preferred item.

Refund Policy

After your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
